1. Check pH: neutral inks are preferred — acidic or alkaline inks can corrode metal parts of PETfilm DTF printers.

2. Test fluidity: store a sample in air for a month — if there is serious settling or particle aggregation, fluidity may be poor.

3. Evaluate surface tension: better fluidity generally correlates with lower surface tension, which helps ensure finer graphic details on prints.
