Printed samples played an important role in discussions at the INKCLOUD booth. Visitors could examine colors, surface finishes and model details up close, going beyond written product descriptions.

A material display wall and printed models on both sides of the booth allowed visitors to explore the product range and compare individual samples.

Our team answered questions about material properties, applications and potential cooperation, using printed samples to help visitors assess how different materials might meet their needs.

PLA Pure and ASA: Materials for Different Applications

The material showcase highlighted two filaments: PLA Pure and ASA.

INKCLOUD PLA Pure was showcased for everyday printing, creative projects at home and applications where material purity is a priority. Printed examples included models, household objects and decorative pieces.

For applications involving food contact, customers should confirm the applicable product documentation and suitability of the finished printed item for its intended use.

INKCLOUD ASA was showcased for outdoor and functional applications, including equipment housings and outdoor accessories. ASA is commonly chosen for its weather and UV resistance. The performance of a finished part depends on the material grade, part design, print settings and operating conditions.

Manufacturing Capabilities Behind the Materials

Alongside the printed samples, INKCLOUD presented its manufacturing and quality control capabilities, covering material development, print testing, production and inspection.

INKCLOUD operates a manufacturing facility spanning more than 15,000 square meters, with over 60 high-speed production lines. Our operations include material development, print testing, production and multi-stage quality control.

Across its wider printing consumables business, INKCLOUD has delivered more than 50 million products and served customers and partners in over 100 countries and regions.

These capabilities support standard filament orders and customized projects for international customers.

OEM, Private-Label and Distribution Support

INKCLOUD also presented its OEM, ODM, private-label and distribution services. Depending on the material and project requirements, customization options may include:

• Material formulation
• Pantone or RAL color matching
• Selected surface finishes and visual effects
• Filament diameter, spool specifications and net weight
• Labels, retail packaging and outer cartons

Samples are prepared for customer review and approval before mass production. Availability, minimum order quantity and development time depend on the material and scope of customization.

We recommend testing samples on the intended printers and under the expected conditions of use before approving mass production.
