1. Shipping Destinations

INKCLOUD provides international B2B shipping services to customers worldwide.
We currently ship to, but are not limited to, the following regions:

  • North America (United States, Canada)

  • Europe (European Union countries, United Kingdom)

  • Asia (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia)

  • Middle East, South America, Australia, and other regions

If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us at sales@inkcloudtech.com to arrange a customized shipping solution.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard products: processed within 1–3 business days

  • OEM / ODM customized orders: processing time is 7–25 business days, depending on product type and customization requirements

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been processed, shipment will be arranged accordingly.


3. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are selected based on order quantity, weight, destination, and customer requirements. Available options include:

  • International express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT)

  • Air freight

  • Sea freight (LCL / FCL)

  • Customer-designated freight forwarders

For bulk B2B orders, the most cost-effective shipping solution will be selected by default.
If you have specific shipping preferences, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination country, shipping method, and customs clearance:

  • Express shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Air freight: approximately 7–15 business days

  • Sea freight: approximately 20–45 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and do not include delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, volume, destination, and shipping method

  • Product prices displayed on our website do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes, unless otherwise stated

  • B2B customers may contact our sales team for optimized shipping quotations


6. Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, VAT, or other local taxes may be imposed by the destination country

  • All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

  • INKCLOUD is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance processes


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide the following information via email or direct communication:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number (if applicable)

Please note that tracking information for sea freight or consolidated shipments may not be immediately available.


8. Shipping Issues & Liability

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us promptly:

  • No logistics updates for an extended period

  • Packages damaged during transit

  • Significant shipping delays or loss
